Moorhead Police Investigate Report of Gun Shots Heard

The Moorhead Police Department received a call to 415 3rd Ave South for a report of gun shots heard at 2153 hours. Officers responded where a perimeter was established and contact was made with the occupants of the residence. Four individuals were detained for questioning, none of which were injured. A search warrant was executed at the residence and the investigation is on-going. No arrests have been made at this time. All those involved were known to each other and there is no threat to the public. Members of the Clay County Sheriff's Office assisted on this incident.
