The Moorhead City Council adopted and passed proposed assessments as a result of permanent infrastructure improvements which were made and/or are in the process of being completed. Hearing notices were mailed to affected property owners on September 5, 2019. That notice acts as the final bill.
Affected property owners may pay the assessment, or a portion of the assessment without interest, until 4:30 pm on November 15, 2019 to the City of Moorhead Finance Department on 3rd floor of City Hall. After November 15, 2019, any unpaid balance will be certified to the County and added to the property tax statement of affected properties, with interest, for payments to start in 2020.
