Building & Housing Update

2017 Housing & Development Summary

Check out the 2017 Housing & Development Report for more details, like where building is happening (13 subdivisions!) and the home builders active in Moorhead (more than 20!). And as the 2018 building season begins, new construction home buyers can still take advantage of the Make Moorhead Home Property Tax Rebate Program. There are no income limits and no maximum home price applies to the program.

The community is excited about downtown redevelopment bringing housing and new businesses to Main Avenue with both the Block E building on 8th & Main and the 9Thirteen Lofts further to the east. Center Avenue will also have some exciting changes in 2018 with plans in the works for the former Simon Warehouse and the former armory building immediately to the west.
