City Appraisers conducting building permit reviews

throughout Moorhead

The City of Moorhead Assessor’s Office will be conducting reviews of properties with recent building permits over the next several weeks.  If you made improvements to your property in 2015 that required a building permit, staff appraisers will be stopping by to inspect the construction work for valuation purposes.  They are not making advance appointments, but will carry City identification and will request to physically view the work completed.

The appraiser will leave a note when no one is home at residential properties, requesting the resident to call the Assessor’s Office at 218.299.5258 for a follow up appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.
