Moorhead Police Investigating Suspicious Death

On Monday, March 18, 2024, at approximately 1:10 am, officers responded to the 1500 block of Belsly Boulevard for a medical assist call. A child was transported by Sanford Ambulance to Sanford Hospital where he later died. The MN Bureau of Apprehension is assisting the Moorhead Police Department, and their Crime Scene Team is processing the apartment. The deceased male will be transported to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office, where an autopsy will be conducted.
There is no known threat to the public. The investigation is still ongoing, and no further information is being released at this time.
