The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed the identity of the female victim from the Tuesday June 28, Arson-Homicide investigation in South Moorhead. The victim is identified as MELISSA JAYNE WILLCOXON (49 years old from Moorhead).
The investigation has identified a suspect, Justin Marshal Critt, that is currently in custody in the Cass County Jail on unrelated felony robbery charges in Cass County. Moorhead investigators, in partnership with the Minnesota BCA, State Fire Marshal, and Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office, continue to collaborate and conduct follow-up as this investigation is still on-going.
