The proposed project area includes the streets of 4th Ave S, 5th Ave S, and 6th St S. These streets are included in the City's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan and are scheduled for construction of improvements in 2024. Proposed projects in this area are shown below:

• 4th Ave S – Mill & Overlay from 8th St S to 4th St S
• 5th Ave S – Mill & Overlay from 6th St S to 4th St S
• 6th Street S – Reconstruction from 4th Ave S to 7th Ave S.
