The City of Moorhead is preparing a 5-year housing and community development plan for years 2020-2024. The City receives federal funds to provide decent housing, suitable living environments, and opportunities to expand economic opportunities, principally for low and moderate income households. These funds may be used to benefit low and moderate income people, eliminate slum and blight, and respond to urgent needs such as a natural disaster.
