Public Meeting Notice: Diversion Authority Informational Meeting to discuss Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) and Project Partnership Agreement.
It is intended that the Diversion Authority will consider a recommendation of the JPA at its May 12 board meeting to the six member entities for their consideration.
All members of the 6-entities that make up the Diversion Authority have been invited.
A meeting involving members of the City Council will be held at the date, time and location as indicated above. The number of Council Members present may create a quorum of the City Council; so, this notice is provided to the public of the potential meeting.
