The City Council will consider a second reading of Ordinance 2025-05: An Ordinance to Create and Enact Cannabis and
Lower-Potency Hemp Edible Retail Business Registration, to Amend and Reenact the Annual Fee Schedule and to Repeal the Cannabinoid Product Ordinance on April 28, 2025.
These cannabis-related City Code amendments are the next step in local regulation to address the 2023 legalization of adult-use recreational cannabis in Minnesota.
