The City Council will consider a second reading of Ordinance 2025-04: An Ordinance to Amending the Official Zoning Map Rezoning Parcels within Community Commercial and Regional Commercial, and Parcels with a Commercial Future Land Use Designation on April 28, 2025.
These zoning map amendments are part of the Onward Moorhead! Comprehensive Plan Update, which was approved in 2022. The City is in process of updating the citywide zoning map.
