Traffic Alert: Work on 1 St S, 6 Ave S, 7 Ave S and Elm St S to begin August 7
Phase 4 construction on 1 St S, 6 Ave S, 7 Ave S and Elm St S is anticipated to begin on Monday, August 7 at 7 am. This phase is anticipated to last 4-5 weeks, weather permitting.
Residents in Phase 4 will lose direct access to their driveways during this phase. Property owners should use adjacent street parking locations outside of the designated construction area. During this time, we ask that homeowners outside Phase 4 minimize street parking during construction hours, which will be from 7 am-7 pm.
Garbage collection will continue as normal during this phase of construction.
