The proposed project area includes the streets of River Dr S, Elm St S, 6 Ave S, 8 Ave S, 9 Ave S, 11 Ave S, and 1 St S. This street is included in the City’s 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan and is scheduled for construction of improvements in 2023. Improvements include a replacement of the entire roadway pavement section; spot curb, gutter and sidewalk repair/replacement; pedestrian curb ramps; storm sewer; sanitary sewer; watermain; utility castings; and other ADA facilities.
