Street rehabilitation work on Elm St S, 8 Ave S and 9 Ave S to begin July 14
Phase 3 rehabilitation work on Elm St S, 8 Ave S and 9 Ave S is anticipated to begin at 7 am on Friday, July 14. This phase is anticipated to last 4-5 weeks, weather permitting.
Residents in Phase 3 will lose direct access to their driveways during this phase. Property owners should use adjacent street parking locations outside of the designated construction area. During this time, we ask that homeowners outside Phase 3 minimize street parking during construction hours, which will be from 7 am-7 pm.
Garbage collection will continue during this phase of construction.
Additional notification will be sent about all future construction phases.
