A public open house will be held virtually by the City of Moorhead, Clay County and the Buffalo Red River Watershed District on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to discuss the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Programs (SWPPPs).
