Mayor Carlson and members of the Human Rights Commission held a news conference today to share a message of support of our neighbors of Somali descent. Participating in the news conference were Mayor Carlson, Siham Amedy and Trent Gerauds, Representatives from Moorhead Human Rights Commission; Fowzia Adde, Immigrant Development Center; Cani Adan, New Roots Midwest; and Moorhead Police Chief Chris Helmick.
