The City of Moorhead has prepared a draft of a 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development, including a 2025 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The draft priorities established within the plans results from a community survey, consultations with area agencies identifying assets and needs, and analysis of Census and other statistical data.

The 30-day public comment period runs May 22 - June 21, 2025 with a Public Hearing on June 9 at 5:45pm at the regularly scheduled Moorhead City Council Meeting.
