Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium, 202 1st Ave N, on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
1. Request of Trantina Properties, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a towing impound lot at:
2857 22nd Ave S – 58.508.0180 – Lot 6, Block 2, Moorhead Industrial Park 8th Addition
2. Request of City of Moorhead for text amendments related to Moorhead City Code, Title 10, Chapter 18, Use Regulations, Chapter 19, Site Development Standards and citywide zoning map amendments related to RC: Regional Commercial and CC: Community Commercial parcels.
These zoning text and map amendments are part of the Onward Moorhead! Comprehensive Plan Update, which was approved in 2022. The City is in process of updating all zoning code chapters and the citywide zoning map.
At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
