Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 5:00 pm to consider the following items:
1. Request of Emery Apartments, LLC for a Vacation of Easements within Comstock’s 6th Addition described as follows:
Existing 5’ Drainage/Utility Easement Description (to be vacated)
A 5.00’ wide strip of land as shown on document number 640599 described as follows:
The West 5.00’ of Lot 4, Block 2 of Comstock’s Sixth Addition to the City of Moorhead on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Clay County, Minnesota.
Existing 10' Utility Easement Description (to be vacated)
A 10.00’ wide strip of land as shown on document number 640599 described as follows:
The southwesterly 10.00’ of Lot 4, Block 2 of Comstock’s Sixth Addition to the City of Moorhead on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Clay County, Minnesota EXCEPTING the West 5.00’ and the South 10.00’ of said Lot 4 thereof.
