Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Moorhead will hold a Public Hearing at the Hjemkomst Center Auditorium on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 5:30 pm to consider the following items:
1. Request of J & O Real Estate, LLC for Preliminary and Final Plat relating to Johnson Farms 7th Addition described as follows:
Lots 17 - 32, Block 11, Johnson Farms First Addition, and Lots 1 - 16, Block 1, Johnson Farms Fifth Addition to the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota, all being more particularly described as:

At the hearing, the City of Moorhead will afford an opportunity for interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
