A provisional autopsy report from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the body recovered from the Red River as Emmanuel Chieh. The information stated the Medical Examiner did not find any evidence of significant trauma, and a toxicology report is still pending. A final disposition for the cause of death will not be available until the final autopsy report is completed.
