On May 18, 2022 at 03:36 AM the Moorhead Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1300 block of 19 1/2 Street South.
When officers arrived they located a male victim who sustained non-life threatening injuries. Officers learned that the suspect, who was known to the victim, entered the victim's apartment and assaulted him. The suspect had been in the apartment complex earlier causing a disturbance.
The suspect has not been located at this time and the investigation is on-going. There is no known threat to the public.
