Council takes step toward community vote on Regional Library & Community Center Project

At the urging of a resident task force, the Moorhead City Council voted unanimously on January 24, 2022 to place a question on the November 8, 2022 general election ballot deciding whether to approve a one-half cent sales tax for a new regional library & community center in Moorhead.

Initial questions and answers on the project are now available. Between now and November, there will be much more citizen involvement and the plans for the facility will take shape.
