These lots represent some of several new home construction options for builders and prospective homebuyers in Moorhead. Additional information will be released next week on the City's new home construction incentive program for first time homebuyers, which is briefly described within the attached briefing. This incentive will be available CITYWIDE in all new construction subdivisions.
