The Planning Commission reviewed the draft documents in a well-attended public hearing last fall, and the City Council voted to continue the process of adoption. The drafts were sent to 36 local and state agencies for review. Following the review period, the city's consultants made corrections in the documents as necessary and prepared responses to comments received. Staff distributed the revised version to agencies and received two additional comments, which the consultants addressed in the final draft. The City Council will consider adoption of the two documents at its April 27 meeting.
