Moorhead City Hall has opened its doors-online. This reflects our City's philosophy to be responsive and proactive to the great citizens of Moorhead. Now, reporting a pothole, requesting a pick-up, even applying for certain permits is only a click away.

Citizen Action Requests
The link below provides you with a direct link to City Hall and other City Departments to report a problem or make a request. Simply click the ‘Go’ button and you will be able to either request service or request information. When you submit your request, it will electronically send it to the appropriate department.
