Tae Kwon Do

Classes to resume in person beginning April 6, at regular class times. Beginners: 4:30-5:30 pm; Advanced/Black Belt: 5:30-6:30 pm. Classes will take place at the Probstfield Center gymnasium #86, enter through door 9.

Moorhead Sports Center

Walking track now open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-2 pm.

Open Skate is now closed for the season.

Masks are required in the Moorhead Sports Center.

Will take place and follow indoor event guidelines as it relates to Covid-19. Masks are required for all workers, volunteers, vendors, and customers. Social distancing is required. Attendance limited to 250 people at a time.

Lend an Ear Program
Senior Connections is excited to announce the new Lend an Ear program! This special service is provided to Moorhead and Clay County residents 60 and over, particularly those living alone, who would like to receive a weekly check in.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
A city employee or trained volunteer will call participants weekly, between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN LEND AN EAR?
Residents 60 years of age or older who has a land line phone or cell phone.

WHEN IS THIS AVAILABLE?
The Lend an Ear program is available weekly, with the exception of the following holidays: New Year’s, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
If you or someone you know would like to receive a call through this service, please call 218.220.7517 to be put on the schedule.
Senior Meals
Seniors can call 218.299.5519 to order a meal and pick it up at the Hjemkomst Center.
If you would like a meal delivery in the Moorhead area, please contact RJ at 218.287.0434. For curbside pickup, please contact Sonia at 218.299.5519.
For other areas in Clay County, please contact Tracy at 218.233.4567.
