Effective, Monday, July 7th, 2008 the north bound lanes of 34th Street South between 4th & 12th Avenue South will be closed for pavement rehabilitation. This closure is expected to last six weeks. Please plan your travel route accordingly.

addenda and posting bid results.
Petitions: Petition forms are used to request the installation of
a specific improvement to the property you own and have the
cost of installation assessed to your property as per city
policy and state statutes.
Sign Request Form
A sign request form is used to request the installation of a traffic sign or signal. All requests are reviewed by a Professional Traffic Engineer to ensure compliance with traffic engineering laws, criteria and principals as specified in the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
Sump Pump Waiver
A sump pump waiver allows a property owner to temporarily discharge their sump pump into the sanitary sewer for extenuating circumstances. The most common type of waiver is a seasonal waiver which allows sump pumps to discharge into the sanitary sewer from November through March. A small fee is charged for this waiver.
