Moorhead's City Code establishes the laws, rules and policies by
which the City operates. Our City Code is divided into 11 sections:

If you know the specific City Code section or the general topic
you are looking for, you may utilize the "+" signs within
the table of contents (left portion of the screen) to expand specific
City Code sections into a more detailed outline of the subsections
within each. If you are searching for specific topics, you may utilize the

City Code Changes and Amendments
Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the material
published online, the only official edition of the City Code
is the printed version maintained by the City Clerk. Downloaded
versions are not official.
Note that the City Council may have made amendments, additions
or deletions to the City Code subsequent to the latest online version
of the Code. Copies of the City Code are also available for review
or purchase from the City Clerk on the 3rd Floor of City Hall, 500
Center Avenue, Moorhead, MN 56560. For more information, please
