The City of Moorhead announces two new hires in Building Codes to provide timely plan review and inspection service to the construction industry. With these additions, the City will have the same staff level as during the peak building boom of the mid 2000s.
We welcome:
- Curtis Coil: Assistant Building Official (start date May 11)
- Jesse Knutson: Combination building/plumbing inspector (start date May 18)
Returning:
- Harold Bradsteen: Seasonal Combination building/plumbing inspector (returns May 18)
In place:
- Jack Nyberg: Building Official
- Daniel Castaneda: Combination Building/Plumbing Inspector
- Dawn Fuxa: Office Specialist
Curtis has worked in the construction industry since 2006 and holds both Minnesota and North Dakota Master Plumber licenses. Jesse has worked in the construction industry for 8 years and recently passed his Master Plumber license exam.
We are very pleased to have Curtis and Jesse join our Building Codes staff. Jack Nyberg indicates that "the versatility of these new staff members will be additional assets to the City of Moorhead team, allowing us to be more responsive to the increasing volume of construction Moorhead is experiencing."
