The City of Moorhead, Minnesota, requests information from interested and qualified firms to assist the City in preparing a full RFP for a comprehensive citywide financial analysis and development of a long-term financial management plan.

Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2017.  (This date and the contents of RFI have been revised)

Q:  I see that 2 copies and 1 electronic version are requested.  For the electronic copy of our submittal would you prefer an email or a CD/flash drive? 

A:  We would prefer the electronic version in an email to citymanager@ci.moorhead.mn.us.
