The City of Moorhead, Minnesota, requests proposals from interested and qualified firms for downtown redevelopment of approximately 0.63 acres of property located in the southeast corner of the intersection of 8th Street South/Highway 75 and Main Avenue.

Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on April 11, 2017.
