The City of Moorhead invites your lawn maintenance company to submit a bid for grass and weed abatement to be conducted within the city. The City is seeking a contractor with at least 5 years consecutive experience in the lawn maintenance business. The agreement will be for three years with the option to extend two years upon consent of both parties. The deadline for submitting bids is September 19, 2016.
