On June 15, 2021 at 5:30 PM the Moorhead Police Department responded to the 1000 block of 28 Avenue south for what was described as a large disturbance. A private organization was conducting a conference and several individuals in attendance were being disruptive.
Upon on arrival Officers noted several isolated arguments that Officers stepped in to allow space between the individuals in an attempt to prevent any criminal activity from occurring.
Vanessa Renee Clark, age 35, from Fargo North Dakota was cited for misdemeanor disorderly conduct and released from the scene. A report is being sent to the Moorhead City Attorneys Office for review for potential charges for others.
