On Thursday, September 24, at approximately 6:20 am, members of the Lakes to River Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force, consisting of the Moorhead Police Department, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Breckenridge Police Department, and the Wilkin County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Red River Valley SWAT Team executed a high-risk narcotics search warrant at 3225 9th St South, Moorhead, which is a commercial property.

Red River Valley SWAT was utilized based on intelligence received during the investigation that those possibly present had a criminal history with weapons-related charges.During the execution of the warrant, three individuals were apprehended for outstanding felony warrants:

• Hartavious Ayers, age 23, of Moorhead, MN, for a Clay County Felony Theft Probation Violation

• Wareagle Martin, age 33, of Dilworth, MN, for Cass County, ND, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Heroin, and Drug Paraphernalia.
• Alison Salverson, age 28, of Fargo, ND, for Hubbard County, MN, Felony 5th Degree Controlled Substance.

Assisting agencies included the Fargo Police Department Narcotics Unit, Cass County Drug Task Force, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, and MN State Patrol. There are no threats to the public, and the investigation is on-going.
