Post Date:08/19/2020 12:53 am

Update to previous press release:

Gage Robert Durbin (30 years old) was issued a citation following an investigation into the crash in which his vehicle collided with Casey’s General Store in Moorhead on 8/9/20.  He was cited for the following offenses:

  • Reckless Driving (misdemeanor)
  • Prohibited Use of a Toxic Substance (misdemeanor)
  • Seatbelt Required (petty-misdemeanor)

Evidence obtained at the scene, along with information obtained during the investigation, indicates that Durbin had been inhaling cans of compressed air prior to the crash.   It is believed that this was a contributing factor in this incident.

Durbin’s current medical condition is not known.  A photograph of Durbin is not available since he has not booked into jail.
