The Moorhead Police Department has been informed that the David Smith has been located in Fargo, ND. Mr. Smith was deemed to be in fair health and has been removed as a missing person. The Moorhead Police would like to thank local law enforcement, media, and the public for their assistance in locating Mr. Smith.
