The Moorhead Police Department, along with the Clay County Sheriff's Department, will be participating in the Moorhead Police Athletics and Activities League Shop-with-a-Cop program. This event, sponsored by Target, will allow 18 youth from our community to go shopping with area law enforcement to purchase gifts for their family members. After spending time with the kids, the officers will then go purchase a present for the kids they spent time with. The gifts will all then be wrapped thanks to Target employees and Moorhead Police Volunteers and sent home with the kids. This second annual event is just one way Moorhead PAL is working to build positive relationships with area youth and make a difference in our community.
The event takes place at 6pm tonight, December 11th, 2019, at Target in Moorhead.
