At approximately 1600 hours today, in an apartment complex in the 800 block of 40th Avenue South, Steven Michael Foster (29 years old) was identified by a citizen who recognized him from recent media coverage. Foster's presence in the apartment was confirmed by another individual and he was taken into custody without incident.
The Moorhead Police Department would like to thank the members of this community who assist us with information like this to help apprehend dangerous individuals. Charges for the pursuit last week were requested through the Clay County Attorney's Office.
