Chief Shannon Monroe will introduce four officers to the Mayor, City Council, and the community, during the regular scheduled Council Meeting. The four officers are the newest members of the Moorhead Police Department to graduate the Field Training Program and are now serving the community. The introductions will take place in the City of Moorhead Council Chambers located at 500 Center Ave.
