For the fifth time in nine years, Moorhead Police and Moorhead Schools have partnered to present "Every 15 Minutes". This program is an intense, two day event that demonstrates the consequences of the decision to drive drunk. This event will feature a mock crash tomorrow afternoon at 2:45 pm at Moorhead High and an assembly at 8:30 am on Thursday.
