Moorhead Police Athletics and Activities League hosting Shop-with-a-Cop
Tonight, December 5, 2018, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, Target and the Moorhead Police Athletics and Activities League (PAL), will be hosting eight local children at the first Shop-with-a-Cop event to be held in Moorhead. This event will pair Moorhead officers with the children nominated and selected to participate by Moorhead Public Schools staff. The children will be given gift cards to purchase holiday gifts for their family and themselves. Following the shopping, all participants will have their gifts wrapped by Moorhead Police Volunteers and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies provided by Target. This event is one of many ways PAL strives to build positive community relations between law enforcement and the youth we serve. We would also like to thank Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union for contributing to this event.
