The Moorhead Police Department would like to thank the community and media for their assistance in attempting to locate Morgan Cooley, who had been entered as a missing person. Late this afternoon he turned himself into the Moorhead Police Department. He is currently under the protective custody of the Clay County Social Services Department. At this time all of the Cooley children are accounted for.
