At approximately 10:50 am the Moorhead Police Department, with the assistance from MN Criminal Bureau of Apprehension, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, and the Metro Street Crimes Unit, executed a search warrant at 1213 Main Avenue in Moorhead. At that time, Izetta Cooley and four of her children were located inside and taken into custody without incident or injury.
Izetta Cooley, age 39, was arrested for an outstanding felony kidnapping warrant out of Mower County, MN. She is currently in the Clay County Jail.
Four of the five Cooley children were located and are currently under the custody of the Clay County Social Services Department.
Still missing is Morgan Cooley, a 17 year old male.
