Low Interest Home Improvement Loans: Gate City Neighborhood Impact Program
We’re turning the page on summer, but there’s still a few months of construction season left! Gate City Bank presented The City of Moorhead and Mayor Williams with a check for $2 million! This money will be used for the Neighborhood Impact Program –low-interest loans (3.26% APR) to homeowners for major home improvement projects. Get your application in before the October 31 deadline and stay warm this winter!
