June is Homeownership Month - Free Homebuyer Education Classes

These are Minnesota Housing approved courses and required for a Minnesota Housing mortgage, which include down payment & closing cost assistance loans.  In recognition of national Homeownership Month, Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership is offering the classes for free in the month of June.  To learn about choosing an affordable home, qualifying for a mortgage, and being a responsible homeowner, enroll online today!  Call 218.512.1500 if you have any questions.
