Fire Damages South Moorhead Home

Moorhead firefighters were called to a fire in a residence at 1924 29th Street Circle South at 9:02 pm this evening. Upon arrival, crews discovered smoke coming from the upper floor of the home.
The fire, extinguished shortly after arrival, caused significant smoke damage. An adult female, home at the time of the fire, was transported to Sanford Medical Center Fargo for minor injuries. Her current condition is unknown. Damage estimates are not currently available. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
