Assistance Requested To Locate Runaway

15 year old Shelby Lane Penner left her south Moorhead home during the early morning hours of Thursday September 15.  There have been reported sightings of her in the Fargo, Moorhead, and West Fargo area with allegations that she may have dyed her hair dark brown or black.  Her family is requesting that anyone with information that may assist with locating Shelby to please contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701.451.7660 to speak with the on-duty Moorhead Police supervisor.
