Laundry Room Thefts

Please be aware, and let your tenants know, that we are seeing a rash of laundry room thefts where someone is breaking into the machines and stealing the quarters. Certainly this is not a new problem for landlords/property managers; however, it is the increase in the amount occurring that has prompted this communication. Please ask your tenants to be aware of suspicious activity in the laundry room or common areas of the apartment and call Dispatch at 701.451.7660 to report it. Also, if you have been victimized, please call Dispatch to report it immediately.
