Public Hearing Notices

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Moorhead, Minnesota will meet at 5:45 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2017, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 500 Center Avenue, Moorhead, Minnesota, to consider the application of 9Thirteen LLC, 913 Main Avenue, Moorhead, Minnesota, for tax incentives which the applicant will use in the construction and operation of an apartment building located at the 913 Main Ave, Moorhead, Minnesota, legally described as follows:

North 100’ of Lots One, Two, Three, and Four, in Block Thirty-seven, Original Townsite to the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota; and

Lots Five and Six, in Block Thirty-seven, Original Townsite to the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota; and

Lots Seven and Eight, in Block Thirty-seven, of the Original Townsite to the City of Moorhead, Clay County, Minnesota.

All City Council meetings are open to the public. A competitor of the applicant or any other interested person or governmental unit may provide written comments to the City of Moorhead prior to the above-referenced City Council meeting date by mailing the same to the City of Moorhead Economic Development, PO Box 779, Moorhead, MN 56561-0779. This notice is given by the above-named applicant/project operator pursuant to the provisions of 2016 Minn. Stat. 469.1734 Subd. 7.
